Cleaning service fees
The vast majority of services provided by Always Ready Cleaning are a flat rate service. As such there are no hidden fees or extra costs to complete that service. There are, however, fees and extra charges if you would like to add to a service that is not included in your flat rate package, as well as other charges as outlined below.
$25 Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee
At Always Ready Cleaning we honor our appointments and we assign a team member to clean your home the minute you call you to make your appointment. Since we are tying up our staff, we ask that you give us 3 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $25 fee.
$45 Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee
Per labor law, we are required to pay our staff for at least two hours of labor when they show up for work. If a cleaner arrives to your home and is unable to perform the service for any reason (no water or power on at property, no one home, forgot appointment, etc) there is a $45 fee per cleaner.
$35 Groupon/Living Social Driving Fee
As is stated in the fine print, third party services are valid for homes that are within 10 miles of our offices. If you purchase a third party deal and are outside of the 10 mile radius a driving fee of $35 will be charged. This driving fee only applies to services purchased from a third party site. No driving fees are charged for services booked directly through Always Ready Cleaning.
Groupon/Living Social Extra Square Footage Fee
All third party deals for "Whole House Cleaning" and "Full House Cleaning" are for a Routine House Cleaning service. Because we are a flat rate service our prices are based on the entire size of the home. If the home size exceeds the voucher limit additional fees will be added. The price will depend on the size of your home. Always Ready Cleaning recommends calling the office before buying any third party deals.
$35 Extra Maid Fee (Routine House Cleaning for homes less than 3,000 square feet)
If your home is less than 3,000 square feet and you schedule a Routine House Cleaning Service, 1 cleaner will be assigned to clean your home. You may request a second cleaner to come for an additional $35. If your home is larger than 3,000 square feet you will have more than 1 cleaner automatically assigned to your home at no extra cost.
$25 Saturday Service Fee (Per maid)
Our sale rates are reserved for customers who choose to employ our services during business hours. We do have maids available to perform cleaning services on Saturdays for an additional $25 per maid.
