Do I need to sign a contract for office cleaning service?
No. That was easy! There is a catch though. If you would like us to bill you for services rendered then you would have to sign a one year agreement. If you want to go week to week with the service, it's no problem, but we require that a credit card be left on file and authorization to charge the card after each service. Regardless of how you choose to set your service up, the price and the level of service will be the same.
When does office cleaning take place?
For the most part, office cleaning services are typically performed after business hours. The cleaning gets done while the office is empty and you and your staff get to walk into a clean space with no interruptions to your work flow. We do have several customers, however, that prefer cleaning be done doing the work day. We don't mind that. Remember, it is your office and your place of business, so we will work around your schedule.
Are there any days that are not available for cleaning service?
All of our staff have Sunday's off. We are happy to clean your office 6 days a week, but we do not let staff work on Sunday. Our team of cleaners works hard, day in and out, so this day off is important to keep your cleaners sharp and motivated to make your place of business squeaky clean.
