How often should I have my house cleaned?

How often you get your home cleaned is entirely up to you, but we recommend a Routine House Cleaning Service every two weeks.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. We have a standard list of household products that we bring to every cleaning service. However, if you prefer that we use your products or vacuum cleaner, we are certainly able to do that.

What can I expect with a 2 hour cleaning service?

When you purchase a 2 Hour House Cleaning service, we will ask you to make a list of the things that you would like us to clean. We will send one highly trained house cleaner to work on your list for the entire two hours. Since every house is different (size, age, condition) we cannot guarantee that everything on your list will get done.

How much should I tip my maid?

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated. Your maid will work hard for you regardless of how you tip. The average tip amounts to $5 per hour. This means most customers will tip $10 for a 2 hour service and $20 for a Routine Cleaning. You can give your maid a cash tip or ask your account manager to charge the tip to your credit card.

Do I have to sign a contract if I want to use your cleaning services?

No. We believe that our commitment to your satisfaction will be enough to keep you coming back to us for your house cleaning needs.

How much does regular service cost?

This will depend on the size of your home and the frequency of your service. We will never change the price your account manager gives you provided you are maintaining regular cleaning service.
