1 Qualified House Cleaner

Our staff of professional house cleaners are well trained and you can count on complete professionalism while your maid is in your home. You can count on us to send a skilled cleaner into your home. We never send a sub-contractor or a third party.

2 Full Hours of Your Maids time

Your maid will clock in when she is on your doorstep and is ringing your doorbell. From that moment on, you can expect her to give your home her undivided attention for 2 full hours.

You Decide What She Cleans

When you schedule your appointment we will recommend that you write a "to do" list for your maid. That way, when she arrives, she can take your list and go straight to work. You can make a new list every time she comes or you can keep the same list. Your maid will start with whatever is number 1 on your list and she will work through the list, in order, numerically.

How many maids will come to my home?

A 2 Hour Cleaning Service is two hours of total labor. That means we will send 1 maid into your home for 2 hours.

Will everything on my list get finished in 2 hours?

We cannot guarantee, promise, or even estimate how much work will get done in 2 hours. Every list is different and every home is different. We do, however, promise that your maid will be a professional and that she will work hard for you for 2 full hours.

What if I need more time?

At the end of your 2 hours, your maid will let you know what she was able to accomplish. At that time, if you would like her to stay longer, just let her know. She will call the office for approval and a scheduling manager will ask for your verbal approval over the phone. The scheduler will be able to give you the rate for an additional hour, or more if you want more than 1 extra hour.

How much should I tip?

Tipping is never mandatory, but always appreciated. The average tip amounts to $5 per hour. So the average tip for a 2 Hour Service is $10.
